EXALTED LONDON MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

 
1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. This Membership Agreement sets out the terms and conditions that will apply to your membership of Exalted London Membership which is being run by Event of Champions Limited.

1.2. By subscribing to the Exalted London Membership you confirm you accept these terms and conditions of membership and that you agree to comply and be bound by them. Please read the terms and conditions below carefully.

2. WHAT MEMBERSHIP MEANS

2.1. You will be entitled to the membership benefits as listed in the Schedule depending on your level of membership.

2.2. We offer two levels of membership, Monthly and Yearly. If you wish to upgrade from one level to the next you may do so at any time by giving us written notice.

2.3. If you wish to cancel your membership you may do so at any time but membership fees are non-refundable.

2.4. Membership is open to all individuals and businesses who are ready to grow their brands or businesses.

2.5. You are encouraged to network and build relationships with other group members but Exalted London Membership should not be used to sell or push your third-party services to other members.

2.6. If you have any challenges or concerns regarding your treatment by other members please email us at info@exaltedlondon.com and we will do what we can to resolve those challenges or concerns on a timely basis.

2.7. To get the maximum benefit out of membership it is recommended that members attend all our Online Events and Live Events and watch the training videos that we issue.

2.8. It may be that on occasion we have to change the date of our Live Events or Online Event from the scheduled date. If that happens and you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, let us know and we will send you a recording of the Live Event or Online Event.

2.9. We encourage you to show positivity within Exalted London Membership. Negativity, rude or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and will lead to cancellation of your membership. We will act reasonably and in good faith but our decision is final.

2.10. Family members or friends are not permitted to attend Online Events or Live Events or access Exalted London Membership training events unless they are given permission, in which case one family member or friend can attend or gain access as the case may be.

2.11. All media, videos, training, and promotional materials shared by Exalted London Membership in connection with your membership are the property of Event of Champions Limited and may not be shared with anyone else.

2.12. We have a referral programme where you can earn 10% from every paid referral by you within Exalted London Membership (paid referral meaning where you introduce a piece of business to a fellow member which results in that member securing a fee for services provided). If you’d like more information on joining our referral program please email info@exaltedlondon.com.

2.13. You agree that you will not recruit other members to your business or approach them with a view to recruiting them without prior consultation with us.

2.14. If you wish to purchase services from Andrew Nuttall or Camilita Nuttall please email info@exaltedlondon.com or telephone us at +44 7903 65 22 80 in the first instance.

3. HOW TO PAY

3.1. We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa debit, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

3.2. All payments by credit card or debit card need to be authorised by the relevant card issuer. We may also need to use extra security steps.

4. ENDING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

4.1. If at any time you wish to cancel your membership of Exalted London Membership please give us one month’s written notice.

4.2. We may cancel your membership:

  • 4.2.1. if you breach any of the membership rules;
  • 4.2.2. If you are paying your membership fee in instalments and you do not make payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within 14 days of us reminding you that payment is due.

4.3. If you purchase an annual membership we will email you no later than 14 days before renewal to enable you to extend your membership for a further year. If we do not hear from you we will automatically extend your membership for a further year and deduct the appropriate fee from your credit or debit card. You may cancel a renewed annual membership at any time and we will refund you the price you paid for it minus a sum for any period in that year you have been a member. If you tell us you wish to revert to a monthly membership, we will continue to deduct the appropriate subscription fee from your credit or debit card every month until you cancel.

5. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND HOW WE USE IT

5.1. By joining Exalted London Membership, you agree to provide us with your name, address, telephone number, email address and applicable billing information, and you allow us to use this information for the purposes of verifying the information you provide and billing your credit or debit card. If any of the aforementioned information changes you will let us know as soon as possible.

5.2. We will only use your personal information to process your subscription to Exalted London Membership, to provide you the benefits of membership and in accordance with our privacy policy. Please ensure you read the privacy policy.

$47/month or just $470/year
